If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away atinfo@captivateswimwear.com. We’ll do our best to catch it, but we can’t guarantee changes once processing begins.
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and delivered via email. They make the perfect last-minute gift.
🚚 Shipping
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship internationally to selected countries.
U.S. shipping is calculated based on weight. Orders over $50 ship free! International shipping is also weight-based. Visit our Shipping Policy for full details.
U.S. orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days. International orders arrive in 6–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners attached. Final sale items are not eligible. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full info.
