📦 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • International: Selected countries worldwide

If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at info@captivateswimwear.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

⏳ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

Note: During sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Note: Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available at this time.

🎁 Free Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts and before tax). No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, email us at info@captivateswimwear.com.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office
  • Waiting 24 hours (in case it's scanned early)
  • Contacting us for support

For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll do our best to help.

✏️ Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Captivate Swimwear is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information.

If a package is returned to us:

  • You can request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply), or
  • We’ll issue a refund minus original shipping costs

Need to fix an address after ordering? Email us immediately — we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

🌐 Customs, Duties & International Taxes

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, or VAT charges. These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your shipping total.

Captivate Swimwear is not responsible for delays due to customs.
