Returns & Exchanges Policy

🛍️ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Hygiene liners must be intact
- Tags must be attached
- You must have the original order confirmation or proof of purchase
Final Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We offer free U.S. exchanges on eligible items within 14 days.
- Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect your original item
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund

💸 Return Shipping
- U.S. Returns: $5.99 flat fee (deducted from your refund)
- Exchanges (U.S.): Free
- International: Customers are responsible for shipping both ways
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Allow 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items returned worn, stained, or damaged
- Items missing hygiene liners or with tags removed
- Gift cards
📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@captivateswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll reply with instructions and a return shipping label (if eligible)
- Send back your item in its original packaging (if possible)
❗ Important Notes
- Captivate Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
- International customs duties, taxes, and original shipping are non-refundable
