Preorder Terms & Conditions

By placing a preorder through Captivate Swimwear (captivateswimwear.com), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. What a Preorder Means

Preorder items are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your unit in advance of it becoming available for shipment.

2. Payment

Full payment is charged at the time your preorder is placed. You are not charged again when the item ships.

3. Shipping Timeline

Preorder items are not held in our warehouse at the time of purchase. Instead, they are sourced from our supplier's next incoming batch, which typically takes up to 14 days from your order date to arrive and be prepared for dispatch.

This 14-day window is an estimate based on our supplier's typical restock cycle, not a guaranteed delivery date. Because it depends on when new stock arrives from our supplier, actual timelines can occasionally shift due to supplier availability or unforeseen delays. If your estimated ship date changes significantly, we will notify you by email.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your item has shipped.

5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before your item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@captivateswimwear.com.

6. Limited Quantity

Preorder quantities may be limited. Placing a preorder reserves your unit based on available allocation; in the rare case an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered a full refund.

7. Changes to Preorder Items

Product packaging, scent availability, or minor product details are subject to change by the manufacturer between the time of preorder and shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any material changes.
